Car Share Derbyshire is the car share scheme administered by Derbyshire County Council, using the matching service provided by liftshare.com. A click on the link will take you to a registration screen where you can 'sign up for free' as a car sharer, enter a potential journey - whether a one off trip to an event, or a regular commute - and search for potential matches. Car Share Derbyshire is totally free to use and available to all Derbyshire residents. Businesses or other organisations within the County can also use the scheme to set up a closed private group for the benefit of their organisation, for which there is a cost.
